Federico Zardi

Holding a master and Ph.D. from ETH Zurich, Federico Zardi began his career in 1986 as Process Engineer developing several patents and patent applications on reactor design and designing ammonia converter revamping’s also following their start-ups.

In 1999 he became Process Group Manager in charge of the development and industrial application of several technologies for the revamping of urea plants.

In 2012 he became Chief Operating Officer of Casale SA, which was established from the merging of all the companies of Casale Group. In this position he contributed to Casale’s growth through the acquisition of new technologies. Currently, as CEO of Casale, since 2017 he continues to lead the company to new heights. From 2017 he also took the position of Statutory Director and Chairman of the Board of Casale Project, Prague.
