Benjamin Subei

Benjamin Subei is an industrial engineer by education and works as a Partner and Associate Director in the Dusseldorf office of BCG. He is specialized in the agriculture industry and his work experience spans the entire agriculture value chain from cropping inputs as Fertilizer, Seeds, and Crop Protection, AgTech, Farming Services, Ag-distribution and Trading to Ag-Commodity Processors.

Benjamin is coordinating BCG’s climate & sustainability work in the agriculture sector and is passionate about helping clients mastering the transformation of the global food system to improve climate and nature impact of crop production by deploying digital technology, biological innovations, and regenerative agriculture practices. He also drives the public debate on decarbonizing agriculture through landmark publications like e.g., “The case for regenerative Agriculture in Germany – and Beyond”
